Mbabane, Eswatini – In a significant boost to community welfare, eBet has pledged a sponsorship exceeding 2 million Eswatini Emalangeni for social centres across Mbabane. The sponsorship, valued at E60,000 monthly for the next three years, is set to benefit six social centres in the city, promising improved support and services for vulnerable communities.

The launch of this transformative initiative took place this morning at Nkwalini Social Centre. The event was marked by the presence of the Honourable Minister of Housing & Urban Development, who was represented by the Honourable Minister of Tourism & Environmental Affairs, Jane Mkhonta. Currently, the city’s nine social centres provide two nutritious meals daily to approximately 1,300 children. This new sponsorship is expected to further enhance these efforts, ensuring that more children and families receive consistent support in meeting their daily nutritional and social needs.

In addition to the financial commitment, eBet extended its generosity by donating school shoes, uniforms, and covering school fees for several indigent students in the city.
