SNAT President: ‘I’m Entitled to Go Back to School’
MBABANE – In a heated legal battle, SNAT President Mbongwa Dlamini has claimed his right to return to work at Moyeni High School. Dlamini was dismissed from his teaching position, a move he argues is unjust and against the Industrial Court’s order.
Dlamini’s case has been taken up by the Swaziland National Association of Teachers (SNAT), which is demanding his immediate reinstatement. During a disciplinary hearing, Dlamini was accused of misconduct, but he maintains that his dismissal was politically motivated.
High Court Judge Marlene Thwala has ordered the Teaching Service Commission (TSC) to reinstate Dlamini by virtue of an earlier court order, stating that his removal was unjust. Dlamini has pledged to continue his fight for justice and proper governance within the education sector.
