Hlathikhulu Government Hospital Workers have on Thursday cease operations and march to Police Station to demand answers on why their colleagues were shot.
Two of Hlathikhulu Nurses are among the many civil servants that were shot allegedly by the members of the Royal Eswatini Police Service in Mbabane on Wednesday.
This was during the stand off between public servants and law enforcement officers for a march that was expected to take place.
On Thursday, the Hlathikhulu workers that included Nurses, doctors and the support staff abandoned their work station and march to the Hlathikhulu Police Station in solidarity with the shot nurses.
Meanwhile, there were also pickets in Nhlangano Health Center where workers were also protesting in solidarity with their colleagues.
All these happen admist a wave of pro-democracy protests that saw a number of people being shot allegedly by police officers, shutdown of Facebook and some other social Media sites, shutdown of public transport and schools among other sectors.
