Are you ready to demonstrate your anger by filling the streets if called to do so?

This is a question that was raised by the Ngwane National Liberation Congress (NNLC) President Sibongile Mazibuko in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

Mazibuko said there are so many freedom fighters on Social Media who seem ready to hit the street and also blame the country’s Political Parties for delaying freedom in the country.

“Umzabalazo has great supporters in social media in particular Facebook and Whatsup, there are many freedom fighters there who seem to be ready to hit the streets, who blame political parties for delaying them in Swaziland,” wrote the President.

“The big question is, are they ready to demonstrate their anger by filling the streets if called to do so noma lokukwata kugcina khona lapho,’ asked the President.

The President’s post follows Hosea Member of Parliament Mduduzi Bacede Mabuza’s call for protest action against the government, he accused of destroying the lives of Emaswati.

During the debate of a motion against the extension of the lockdown by a further 2 weeks, Mabuza literally uttered that he would personally join a protest march against government for being oppressive.
