With the ongoing rise in Gender-Based Violence (GBV) cases in the country, Eswatini Hip Hope Artist Ateece Da Rapper, real name Gcinizwi Dlamini has revealed that he is working on a single aimed at encouraging people to stop the violence.
Speaking to News on Africa Eswatini Edition, the Gundwini born artist revealed that the song is titled “Asisukumeni” and is aimed at encouraging people to stand up and fight those who abuse our loved ones in anyways.
Ateece made his debut in the music scenes in 2018 with a group called Three Stars but decided to go solo in 2019. Singles he released since then include Money, Strike, and Hell in life to mention but just a few.
He said he will be releasing his first solo album before the end of the year 2021 but is for now putting all his energy on the Asisukumeni single which will be released on 12th April 2021.
The Rapper revealed that he will be featuring another upcoming artist Mauno on this song and will be produced by renowned producer in Mr. Kangaroo.
