Mbabane Highlanders has successfully ended Young Buffaloes’ undefeated record on the MTN Premier League.

Young Buffaloes had managed to play 9 matches without losing on the MTN PLE. However, that came to an abrupt end as Young Buffaloes was today handed a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Mbabane Highlanders in a game that took place at the King Sobhuza stadium in Nhlangano.

Not only did Mbabane Highlanders managed to end Buff’s record but they also managed to keep their undefeated record intact while also ending the strings of draws that they had over a couple of weeks. Mbabane Highlanders played 7 draws out of the 10 fixtures that they had so far.

Meanwhile, Royal Leopards also managed to keep continue with their undefeated record after securing a 4-2 win against Pigg’s Peak Black Swallows. On top of that, they will also be moving to the second spot of the log with 20 points which is 2 points less than the log leaders in Young Buffaloes.
