Depositors are informed that the disbursement of their claims will begin during the week commencing January 3, 2024. The Central Bank assures depositors that payments will align with the proposed distribution plan, which has been available for public scrutiny since earlier this year. Funds will be transferred to the bank accounts provided to the liquidators or updated subsequently.
The Central Bank expresses gratitude to depositors for their patience and understanding throughout the liquidation process. As a final note, the Bank urges the public to exercise caution and avoid investing or depositing funds in unregistered and unregulated schemes.
