Kenneth Sibusiso Oporoza has been selected to represent the Kingdom of Eswatini on Africa Film Producers.
African Film Producers is a group of different producers from all over the continent of Africa seeking to create synergies within the film industry.
Reached for comment, Sibusiso Oporoza confirmed that he is now part of the Africa Film Producers and said he is honored for the recognition.
“Yes, I have been selected to represent Eswatini on the Africa Film Producers. I will put more effort into recruiting more local Producers to this platform so that they can also be able to showcase their crafts throughout the continent. I believe this will play a crucial role in elevating the Film industry in the country,” said Oporoza.
Kenneth Sibusiso Oporoza is a Producer, Script writer, Cinematography, Director and Actor born and raised in the Kingdom of Eswatini. He is a co-founder of Bekezela Creative Media, a film production company that focus on telling stories as well as development of film industry in the Kingdom of Eswatini.
From 2016-2021 he has directed several drama series including Inhlitiyo Kayivunyelwa, Bekezela, Mantume and Intandane yasekasi. He is currently producing a drama series for Eswatini TV and Channel Yemaswati.
