King Goodwill Zwelithini is reportedly in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
King Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu is the reigning King of the Zulu nation under the Traditional Leadership clause of South Africa’s republican constitution.
According to reports coming from that country, the King is diabetic and was admitted after several unstable glucose reading rising concerns.
Speaking on behalf of the Zulu Royal Family, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi told the South African media that doctors decided to place the King in ICU to stabilize him.
He assured South Africans the King is receiving the necessary care and that the Health Minister Zweli Mkhize was made aware of the arrangements.
