The ongoing rains currently being experienced in the Kingdom of Eswatini have resulted in a Landslide at Maduma a place found in close proximity to the Nkoyoyo Palace.
This Landslide has resulted in one lane being closed pending road maintenance.
Meanwhile, the Royal Eswatini Police Service has since issued a notice informing the public about the road closure.
“Motorists using MR3 public road along Makholokholo are notified that a section of the road has been closed at Maduma due to landslide. Cones have been placed on the scene to warn motorists,” read the notice.
The REPS also announced that affected motorists are those using Mbabane lanes but they are able to share one lane.
On another note, MR3 Public road along Mhlaleni, Manzini was infiltrated with soil deposits at or near Puma Filling Station. The Police Service warned Motorists to drive with extra caution.
