Mbabane Swallows will today receive a brand new, branded, and fully paid-for mini-bus (sprinter), the same model as the one that was purchased by Mbabane Highlanders during an auction.
The announcement was made by Mbabane Swallows President Arch Bishop Bheki Lukhele who said the sprinter which is a Mercedes Benz 2020 Model will depart Johannesburg this morning and will be delivered to Mbabane Swallows not later than today.
“In short, I am here to announce to Mbabane Swallows supporters that the sprinter that was auctioned has been replaced with same model but already branded with Mbabane Swallows colors,” said the President.
Lukhele said Mbabane Swallows saw if fit to make the announcement before the sprinter enters the Kingdom of Eswatini to minimize suprises to Mbabane Swallows suppoters when seeing a new printer with Mbabane Swallows colors driving around.
When quizzed about the ownership of the sprinter, Lukhele clarified that the sprinter will be an Mbabane Swallows property whether he is still the president or not. He said it has already been paid for in full and will therefore hand over all necessary papers to the Mbabane Swallows Managing Committee.

The President also clarified that the Iveco Sprinter currently being used by the club will remain a Mbabane Swallows property under the leadership of Arch Bishop Bheki Lukhele. He said it will assist in the club but when parting ways with the team, he will take it with him.
