
Their Majesties were hopeful that Minister Makhosi Vilakati would take the nation forward in line with their Vision of natural development and a socially stable nation.
This was revealed by Reverent Solomon Mhlanga who was representing Their Majesties during the State Funeral of the Late Minister of Labor and Social Security Makhosi Vilakati.
Vilakati was the third Cabinet Member to succumb to COVID-19 in a space of two months and was laid to rest on Thursday, January 28, 2021.
Speaking during his send-off, Reverant Solomon Mhlanga said their Majesties are in pain over the loss of the young Minister and urged all Emaswati to adhere to the COVID-19 protocols because the virus is real.
Meanwhile, Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Madze Bulunga who was speaking on behalf of the Eswatini Government described Vilakati as a true action-oriented person, serving and working to implement the various decisions taken by His Majesty and the Eswatini government. He said Vilakati was always full of life and a man with a great sense of humor.
