Ayanda Dlamini, a mother to one of the Nyalinyali kids that went missing in December has been released on bail on bail.
Dlamini has been held in Nhlangano Prison for allegedly being part of the Nyalinyali group that allegedly burnt the home of the suspect in the case of the missing toddlers.
The news of Dlamini’s release was also confirmed by the Co-ordinator of One Billion Rising Colani Hlatshwayo in a Facebook post where she also thanked the youth that came through to support Dlamini at the Nhlangano Magistrate Court.
“A small part of justice has been done: ayanda is out on free bail. Next is Where are the missing children?. Thank you to the women’s movement and youth movement who joined to support Ayanda Dlamini and her family in Nhlangano Magistrate court today. calling for justice for Ayanda Dlamini.”
The organizations that showed up demanding justice for Ayanda and her family were Women Unlimited Eswatini, One Billion Rising Eswatini, International Community of Women with HIV Eswatini (ICW), Community Health Empowerment Forum, and Liphimbo LaboMake.
