Prime Minister Russell Dlamini of Eswatini expressed heartfelt condolences to the Republic of China (Taiwan) following a devastating earthquake that struck Hualien City, claiming the lives of at least seven individuals, leaving 77 trapped, and injuring over 700 others. The earthquake, which registered a magnitude of 7.4, is reported to be the most severe to hit the region in 25 years.
