The Swaziland National Association of Teachers (SNAT) says the Eswatini Government’s move of sending Minister Makhosi Vilakati to a South African Hospital does not sound good.

The Association reacted shortly after the government announced that Minister Makhosi Vilakati was transferred from Lubombo referral to a South African Health Facility for specialized treatment procedures that are not available to the country.

To that effect, the biggest union in the country reacted by calling out the government to improve the Nation’s Health Care System.

“This doesn’t sound good @EswatiniGovern1. The clarion call is simple: prioritize improving the Nation’s Health Care System. Not building ICC, Palaces and Buying Rolls Royce/BMW’s,” posted the Teacher’s Union.

SNAT also wished Minister Vilakati a quick recovery from the COVID-19.
