The United State of America has unveiled the new USA Ambassador to the Kingdom of Eswatini, Jeanne Maloney who is taking over from Her Excellency Lisa Peterson who was a darling among the masses in Eswatini.
The new Ambassador presented her credentials to His Majesty King Mswati III today who accepted the credentials and further welcomed Her Excellency to the Kingdom of Eswatini.
In her message to the King, Ambassador Maloney expressed appreciation for the opportunity to serve in Eswatini at this important time in a new U.S. administration.
Her Excellency Maloney has 27 years of experience as an American Diplomat and has served in 5 administrations across five continents.
“I have witnessed the power of citizens – women and men, young and old – and committed leaders, to bring about positive change,” read her credentials letter presented to His Majesty and later published on the U.S Embassy Eswatini website.
The Ambassador also expressed her interest in continuing to strengthen the relationship between the Kingdom of Eswatini and the United State of America.
