In a proactive effort to enhance disease prevention and treatment in Eswatini’s aquaculture sector, the Aquaculture Department recently conducted an advanced training program on tilapia disease management at the Matsapha Taiwan Technical Mission. The training saw the participation of 30 officials and technicians from the Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries Section.
This collaboration, initiated by the Eswatini Ministry of Agriculture in conjunction with the Taiwan Ministry of Agriculture and the Taiwan Technical Mission, aims to equip professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to address challenges in commercial fish farming effectively.
