Led by dedicated trainers and industry experts, the workshop covered a wide range of topics, including auditing techniques, industry-specific regulations, and best practices in taxation. Commissioner General Nkambule expressed his gratitude to the participants for their hard work and dedication throughout the workshop. He emphasized the importance of continuous learning and professional development in maintaining the high standards expected of the ERS audit team.
A key aspect of the success of the workshop was the collaborative partnership between the ERS and UNDP. Their joint efforts ensured the smooth execution of the training program and underscored the significance of public-private partnerships in addressing critical capacity-building needs.
The ERS and UNDP reaffirmed their commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation in addressing challenges faced by the construction and manufacturing sectors. By working together, they aim to empower individuals, strengthen institutions, and drive sustainable development in Eswatini.
As the participants proudly received their certificates, they not only celebrated their personal achievements but also marked a significant milestone in their professional development journey. Armed with new skills and knowledge, they are now better equipped to navigate the complexities of the construction and manufacturing sectors and contribute to the growth and prosperity of the nation.
