Sphofaneni Member of Parliament Mduduzi Simelane has disputed receiving E100 000 donation as per the allegations that were made by activist Mandla Monty Dlamini.
Dlamini who resides in America took to his Social Media Pages where he made a series of allegations including that the Siphofaneni MP received several donations from international organizations.
Monty alleged that the United Kingdom donated a sum of E100 000 to the Siphofaneni MP, money that Simelane fail to account for.
This did not sit well with Simelane who is currently in exile after a warrant of his arrest was issued. He moved swiftly and issued a statement setting the record straight.
“I will thank him if there are resources that he will mobilize from our friends in the UK but for now let me make it clear to those who may be lost that I have not received the said money but will really appreciate if it does come for there is need,” read Simelane’s statement.
Simelane urged Emaswati to refuse to take their eyes off the ball.
“As the heat catches higher levels, momentum rising up, we are bound to have enemies from within and without our circles,” wrote Simelane.
