Philanthropist and Hip hop artist Illa Penboy real name sifiso Ndlangamandla has bagged his first ever nomination under the Eswatini Customer Service Excellence Awards.
The Awards will form part of the Eswatini Customer Service Week which start from 4th to 8th October 2021.
Winners will be announced at the awards Dinner which will take place on the 15th October 2021. They are organised by the chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM) in partnership with the institute of Research, Management and Development (IRDM)
Ndlangamandla who is also the founder of Illa Penboy Foundation was pitted against Nomathemba Magagula from Standard bank, Dumisani mnyakeni from Eswatini Mobile and Nothando Dlamini from OK Foods.
The four were nominated under the Customer Service Personality of the year Award.
At least 20 companies were nominated in this year’s awards.
MTN Eswatini, Eswatini Government, United Holdings and Standard Bank were nominated under the best use of social Media award.
Baceth Hardware also bagged a nomination under the Customer Centric Small Businezz of the year award. The Hardware whose owner is hosea member of parliament will be battling with Siya Eswatini Trans Magnific, Valley Butchery and Sweet Bakery.
