Her Royal Highness Princess Sikhanyiso who is also the Minister of Communication and Technology has called for a massive prayer and fasting as cyclone Eloise approaches the Kingdom of Eswatini.
The Minister of ICT who has been in a special leave since last year took to his Instargram account on Thursday where she called for a massive prayer and fasting from 7 am to 7 pm tomorrow in a bid to ask God to save the country from the predicted cyclone.
“Tomorrow we fast Eswatini from 7 am to 7 pm and pray at 9 am, 12 pm, 3 pm, and 6 pm using Hebrews 12:22-29, emph. on v29,” read the Princess’s post.
Meanwhile, Acting Prime Minister Themba Masuku in a press briefing that was held at the Cabinet Offices revealed that the government is also praying that the cyclone Eloise fades and does not hit the country hard.
The country’s Metrological Service predicted that the cyclone might his the Kingdom of Eswatini between Sunday and Monday. Citizens were advised to stay indoors to ensure their safety.
